All right, hello, guys, welcome to another episode of for Isa Academia. I'm your host, Chris, and today we're joined by money. Hello and Prime Yo, you guys been saying. Man, what's good? It's good. It's been good this week. Brav what this? This Panasonic pandemic? What every mother fucking cool? It is is coming to an e's like that. He's and it off. I need to get out. I ain't to being d streets, or don't stupid tick tocks. The streets are calling my name and all that other shit. Brother, streets are calling my name. I'm tired of being at home. Bro. Yeah, yeah, what's the first thing you're gonna do when like things get properly released? Lips on, I'll be at one. I'm Jok. I'm drinking. please. We're going to get this bout all we I'm editing. I'm dating an audio Bro. That Shit's going out right away now. I'm going out tonight in it, like I'm going to eat, like I just needed to be at my house and just do like one lit cook cocktails on the outside. Thing in it like making costs home. Don't got those with my friend. will ask. You're asking particularly we have question. Leave this in asking particularly mad questions. Kind Sir, I'm worried about you well being, so I just want to know who you waving up. Yeah, yeah, our friends are doing. My friends are going. We both got vaccinated, so you know, and protected. Actually sitting two meets away from each other, across the table. All swear down. I long before you close that distance. I'm drugs. Well, anyway has been, but the whole to not now. You don't drag me and then skip over you guys not have to leave this. Go on, go on, manny one. The first thing I'm doing, I don't know, probably feeling drinks yesterday, but you've been fooding and drinking. Yesterday I went to someone's birthday, finger, guess, like a little house cover rooms, or if you watch there, HMM, it's comes gone to do shot off this between as well, so I didn't give my house I needed mouse at half twelve. Damn, splating on going, game been spinning elsewhere. Okay, this is plating that I see you. Okay, it's okay, Chris. What have you been up to actually? Oh, man, I've literally just been seven working three hundred and sixty five. MM. Nothing. It's all drop because you don't post content, no one can ever really know that. This is the problem. Movie like you can drug some us and just sit in the comfort of being a lusive person. Yeah, I mean I'm, yeah, pretty boring. So if I haven't posted it, probably haven't done any of it. Don't die when the group took messages leapunder your pissed anyway. What that was a very bizarre introduction for probably needed. But yeah, there's already those link into George's bizarre come because I was already for our bizarre adventure. Now in it like our adventure. Yeah, I mean, before we get into judge's has there been any gaming or anime news that you see recently that's been interesting to you? Now, I think that was that conversation that you man posted about starfolks. No, Not Star folks, F zero. Is that what it is? HMM, okay, about how it is, but how that's my difficult to bring back currently here because of different technicalities. What was it? What would it be difficult to rumback? I think I remember, I'll be honest. I'll be honest. I saw the article and I was so disheartened I didn't even bother. But my thing is maybe because Nintenda have this thing where they want to make sure that a series is always for aggressive and they're always looking towards the future before they bring it back, or have a good enough reason to bring it back. With ever zero, it seems it seems as though, seemingly they feel like it's a product of its time and they'd find it hard to market a game like a zero in a world where you ready have your Mario Karts, you already have your grant to Rismos, your force has. So maybe they don't really see a space for that kind of sci fi futuristic racing game anymore. And that would be sad in my opinion, because I feel like...

...it had such a hardcore following that it was like a very hard core niche following that people would still it's still perform very well for the most part. It's one of those games people just like the difficulty of a people still play some of the older games and I mean it would be nice to see it back, but I guess that's up to Nintendo. The good and turned down it. They said you man can work for your content, but I'll go money. But I like the fact that put itself fall into in regards to like you had a real game from way back when it's not by force to bring it back if you feel like it's not going to do well, because we get a lot of games that, I'll just even not just games, like even to you, shows of films that give readne or or get rereleased just just for it to be a money grab rother, for it to be a new experience or enjoyment for people. Spurn and you spurn. Yeah, and I think the other the other bit of Nintendo News actually was earth bound. So not with sponsoring my mastery. Yeah, Reggie essentially trolling the nation by saying that it's the one game he has that he hasn't bothered to play the English version, the English version which obviously people have in screaming out for what like fifteen years. He's not always obviously he's no longer the CEO of Nintendo anymore. So it's a bit it's very troll like to say something like that, but who knows, some people are kind of seen it as a bit of a teaser it. They are thinking about it and Nintendo. They still do remember it and it could be something that comes comes to light in the future. But you know, nintend our master trolls, and in every aspect my said you can take me, only tend them. We contact intend. Yeah, yeah, it's nice to see's doing okay, but it's not nice to see he's drilling us. So, yeah, the only bid used up. Are you gone gonna? As the only build news that picked up that found of any interest in the past week is that one piece of releasing novels centered around the female characters, so characters such as Rubbin, N Armie VV, so on and so awful. It's going to be novious based on that order has really previous novels, not, for example, the age novels or just two volumes of it, done by by each by Richie, that our clergie. That yeah, that was that was done by him. The obviously the stories. My MD order is based on ace forming the SPACEPA PIRATES and what happens? What once he get came in to his own and when wet Swipe Beers, so on and so forth. So I'm looking forward to see what the novels will be, the ones that set set around the female characters. One piece we were interesting to know. Yeah, I mean that's it's a good idea and it's something I don't know if it's been done before. I wonder if that's been done before for like another Animal Manga series. It's quite interesting concert training. I'm not sure, but I think because one piece has such a big glow and it's got so many different characters and especially with if anyone's listening to this reads one piece, you can let the cover pages where you see stories of other people and orders done really well of keeping of having people story outside of the main story that, if that makes sense. Yeah, so it's so easy to it's so easy for me to pluck a character and give them a separate novel because it's ready created awards for that to happen. I'm told you, guys. I'm sure if it's happened in any other enemy Manga, but I can't imagine that many of our anime Manga being able to do that. Yeah, yeah, I agree. It's not that many characters and the wood is not big enough, but yeah, yeah, I mean it's a sign of like future thinking of us. Yeah, like it's a very modern kind of thought because in the past, especially in regards to Manga, you wouldn't really all no Bella. Even in Japan you wouldn't really see much emphasis on female characters unless the premise of the entire series was to do with female characters. So it's actually make an effort in the series that you know was traditionally aimed at teenage boys and have some sort of spinoff that was based around the female characters in the series who you know may not have gotten as much of the limelight in the series. I think it's quite a good idea. I agree. Do you think that's more to do...

...with the we just mano being a product of his time and then just having a guess an audience that appreciates things outside of having the story being centered on a teenage boys, that they're also like Xyza. So these Manga cars create keys are to xwort said, because it's similar to like this touts to so protagonist that we get in showing it now, because obviously you get you get the book protagonist, such as Goku, what's the man called? And North, the North Star one. That's the Nosti and she knowstarted here. It's a good is that what a man called no star? First of the star. Yeah, you got main characters like that, which are black, the mainly men type of characters. They think manger and obviously him and go coo came around in the eights of when you get now you got showed showing characters such as Deku or even you dotub to a certain extent where, I guess you can see that they're a lot more emotional in how the man go right to it. So I think you just more of a product of its time. I agree, because even even before Goku and and consul you had astral boys, which is which is a completely different product of a different, different type of main character in comparison to what you get off those against some. My point is just the part of his time and orders. Guessa just came into his audience. Yeah, wet, wet, wet, wet, wet. Right. The other thing I was going to ask you was, Maney, was about your Manga collection, your recent manger purchases. Yes, yeah, I see that shelf is now full. Bro, so anything avery one what you so what do you think of your actually so far, bro, love them, so I boot. So I've got given the first box set of one piece from a birth to like two years ago. So that's like the first one in few volumes and a full augustins by changing. Let me get the other box set. So got the second box set to go fully six volumes to know what's comes with the eight mosque, with some random of our other novella that comes with it. And with that I feel like let me just, I guess, expand my books. Bookshelf. Already had the first volumes of for my alchemists. I've got the first three volumes on a route at or all of them were given to me. End Up buying monster first volume backon won the first volume a pull all the mango volumes of fun Tianta that comes after the anime ends, just to just to read like that. So I'm I guess there's a few ends, a few hours, so I'm trying, trying to get many puss because I do enjoy a just having the I guess, the option to turn around and pick up a mango book and just reading it and huntimes is not really accessible or line's, but not not not the legal way. Anyways, we've we've Wan piece a lot easier. To get this one to jump up, you have to under this cut. It's kind of jar because I just trying to look it so look for it to to read a pop away. But what's good about actually buying the mango works that you get like the all for notes and you get at other little things that you wouldn't get. But we don't align with the digitals. Yeah, yeah, so, so, yeah, I'm happy with a man collection. I need to get any bookshelfs I can. I had the rest of it under so I don't know why I'm going to get next I've got twenty century boy. We've haven't read yet and boom boom, good at pomp boom said pompom first. I said good night, put put. You said pump on first started and it's good, Guy Poo as a put punt good, popoid greatly. But yeah, so my mango collection. Yeah, I really want to explain it. I want to get as big as possible. Pause. I don't know. And I like how it looks, as I've seen other people with having like books. It's not just mangas and I'm thinking I'm gonna stop collecting some of favorite books. T yeah, I mean this is the thing. Collections. Collecting is something that starts off so small and then expands until the point where you're in your spare time, you're at work, you're in a public chansport and then you're just looking at what else can I get? You're an Ebay, you're run ever market places. That's moving my posters and I've literally looking at the care what the anime pers I can add to my own, and that's the only reason, literally, that I haven't started collecting, because I know I don't know where you'll stop. I don't think I'd know where's your line. So I've got a couple of Manga, a couple bits of mango and stuff, but I don't want to expand on it yet. I wait until waiting said doesn't run these pockets. I don't know, I'm just the way. I'm just waiting for the right time and bide my time before I, like, buy some especially I want to buy a lot of completed stuff. Yeah, so I'm waiting so I can...

...read them tire story from start to finish in Manga format. Okay, you have any of mine, which one you will get? First Adventure, so Jajpa is just so cancer go into it. It wouldn't be that, though, but the one I would want to get completed is berzark first. Yeah, many years let's see, I'd like to get bizarre. Yeah, I'd like to get vagabond as well. And by the time you get round to buy, and because I could be completed anywhere, I thought. I hope so, but I doubt it. I doubt it. Well, into ease met and it doesn't look like endytime soon. Yeah, I remember reading it right for the first time and I was still playing for for universities easy. And since then very, very little was actually happened. That's the scary thing. It's not that it's been a long time, just that not that much is actually happened the story since that time. But yeah, anyways, I'll mean so quick. Oh, go on, I'm gonna sum what would you pick? And I wanted him to see be so very disagree. Second of what would you what would you pick? Not Glad. You probably will be judged bed and that's that's on this on a troop. I'll probably start with part five, ventor or rare or good wind, golden, I'm golden experience. Sorry, they don't have that many English that the proper English translations for the volumes, did it? Yeah, that's a joke. I think I've she's no, I stand corrected. They are doing them a lot more now and I think they're dealing theres like mini books. Okay, so that like. I know they've phantom bloods. I know all that. Up until diamonds unbreakable has been done. I'm not sure if golden experiences done. Know, as far as I don't know, I think half of diamond break was done, not the whole thing. Okay, yeah, but I've done his books. So it's like the cover, that is, I looks like a black book, like if you look like like and I see what a wizards book or image magic would call it like. It looks like that and in the middle picture would be I want the judge's characters. I have have one of these books, not not, not anglers, the mango free book. Then if you heard of it, you you he has a book on on. I guess that the feories that, no, not fewas in mango, but at right angle book really sense. Yeah, let me try not that. That's don't. Was a good yes. So it's called mango through and practice, Iraqi. And so he just talked about some inspirations, busy telling you how to write a Manga Book. Fair enough. That's enough. That's not sure. Yeah, it is. BESS moves that as a way to me. Then I think judge is such an interesting franchise and it's interesting that he's obviously written a Mang about how to write well, a book about how to write a manger, because the way he writes his mangers like literally, like to sum it may seem erratic, buts erratic on a top scale and then I very kind, right, well coherent underneath, and I think that's why I appreciate it like quite a bit. But obviously that's just kind of like as to as to one the reasons why I love Jojoba as a franchise as a whole, as a pop cultural fare to whatever you call it. Hmmm, yeah, I mean, see, that's a good entrance into torn by Jojo. But if you're to describe Jo Jo in a sentence, for example, how would you describe it? Fly By and drangles a yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, it's Alton on the head. Yeah, yeah, I feel I feel like it's when I when I first saw it, I just felt like it was literally the exact opposite of fist of the North Star. Yeah, fist of the most obviously takes Ken Shiro or Ken as the main protagonist and he's based off of Mad Max. So he's based off of like the Mad Max kind of posts, open, stop and future, and he is the manliest of men when it comes to animation. I can't think of someone who's more masculine than him in yeah, he's hypermasculinity in the cartoons he's he's have a masculinity to the point where it's like it's it's a toxic...

I think it's toxic. But again, it was a series that premiered, or I think the manger came out. must been the late S. I needed to double check that. But it's a predates Dung ble Z and he goes around just battering everyone relentlessly. Know very little emotion against his opponents and has, you know, this enemy who who he has to overcome to save his missrs or whatever. But Jo Jo's is flamboyant, it's colorful, it's generally set in pleasant settings. Yeah, most of the most of the the Jojo's are not, you know, in poverty. So it's quite interesting to see such a difference and I'm sure they didn't actually come out that far apart from each other. I know the original and of Jojo's of I think was part free that at first in it or the anime, but but another man. Good. So the physt of no star came out in one thousand nine undred and eighty three, ninety eighty eight, and I believe George was like eighty six. I'm just double check. Was it was. It was just a little bit after a service or a fact that in the blood start from eight seven. Okay, when did is that the fifth of Nort Style Manga? Eighty three every year, mango, okay, okay, Britty. Yeah, so they're not that far apart from which other to. So to see such a contrast it's quite interesting. And what's even more interesting is now that you see those dates and one thousand nine hundred and eighty six, to see such flamboyance in animation wasn't something that was common. I can't think of anything else, any other series that would have been remotely successful having, you know, and similars of families, Feminine Characters and and the sort. So it's really interesting. What's funny about those that George's actually close to being canceled. I think. I think was coming up to part free. But if whoever's listening, they don't know. I'm showing to jump other thing where I did end or every week when they really step the magazine, they have this card that people vote on how to find each series and this is how they rate which series should be canceled or not. So a lot of so people, Maga cars literally live and die by these these ratings and and I think, George, of these are coming to the end of part to you or start apart free. I was getting quite a lot of lower ratings and one of the things that they asked the Manga Card to do is to create a tournament arc, because it was very popular the time. Track obviously were dragon will be in the most popular thing. They're there are sit tournament up and instead of him to agree, O racket said no, and beef and shoon and jump since forever, he said No. And then what we got from the back of that, know, was what we get with the stand users and their episode tic type of themes that we had in part free, which was so unusual for it to happen in shown like we've even with Dragon Ball, fist the north star or any soul mag that that you think they're in a s it was a very it was very linear. It wasn't, even though pot free is is linear in a way that the way it set up is very episodic. You get a lot of the monsters of the week, that type of thing. The most of the old was so weak, double thing, which wasn't really common at a time, and I think, I think that's that's great. You're getting thought that your souls are not doing great. You go this way, go follow the trend. That's that's going on the mango and me goes no, takes a completely different route and because of that, George Resol becomes what is today to overhaul. I remember so many times that. You know, even with part five, which is come part six, joline, there was an androgenous character, show job black now may come on that, and then his gender was changed its midway through because his gender was actually kind of like confirmed, but it was very like was not. You know, she's right. They were drawn. It was believed that was a female and there was a female relationship between the main character. I'm see this character and then showing up black now not going to run. That forced them to kind of change it. And then the change of termal character, which made go on quite sense to the your gens kind of rand normalize what was going which was that, you know, the normal point at that kind of point in life. The next question I was going to ask is how did you guys all get into Joe James was our penture. I don't actually remember what led me to watch, to read it or watch it, shows say, but what I'll first watch was pot free and it was then the nineties version of it. So I've chally watched the pots where the thought off in Egypt. Watched it, enjoyed it and I believe in might even be...

...you, Chris, saying that is actually your old version. It's thoughts from pot one. So then I've actually went back and watch the pot one version of the recent enemy and I've enjoyed it. I've really liked it. I know a lot of people don't really enjoy the first part of one. After after Second Watch, I don't think it is as bad I was, even I made up at first. It is actually actually good percent is actually good watching in the you're easily one of my favorite villains to ever come from enemy. So yeah, that's how I got into Jos result and obviously recently finished the watching pot five hmm. How are you from sin its money? I watched the more recent version of part three and I think I got like literally up until the halfway point where they stopped the season and they redid it and then they second half was coming on. So I was like, Oh, this is dog this is amazing. Dadda. I think I've obviously put in the group Chat and Christ the same thing with you, man Chriss are. Now there's like it starts from part one. I was like, Oh shit, it's like a whole different you know. So I want that to watch phantom bloods and I agree with exactly what money said, like the way people took what Phantom buzz that is this and that it is so bad, this and that, and that you have to watch the first two seasons kind of, and I disagree. Like Phantom blood is really important to the story because introduces obviously Dar as a villain and the importance of him throughout the rest of the series. But I think it takes you on that growth journey of Iraqis as a as a Manga car. I think it's interesting how he were you approached that series the part one compared to how we developed it in part three. Because thats basically overhold the power system by part three. Yeah, yeah, and and just this as musing that. I think like that, just completely change of our system of or it's just enjoyable. Can only be done with Jorge Bizarre. I can't imagine any other Mang anemy doing something that extreme. If we meet, still be with the story and I think with the way that Akira as real in Jorge Bizarre is that you can literally do the most ridiculous things and the mores, sometimes even even to the point where it is there's not much logic to it, and I'm fine with it because that's this is what I'm here for. This is what there for. Did this high set of the story and I don't mind it. It's unenjoyable. I wouldn't expect that to see that, or something like hunt the hunter and one piece of who my alchemist. I don't want to see that. I don't want to see something completely ridiculous because that's not what I think to the story for. But with George Bisarre's perfectly fine. Yeah, I mean, I'm I I was on the few people actually started George Jones from the first one, fountain blood. I was recommended I had a friend, and I think you met him actually feel and he's into all like different types of weird, like really niche anime and he recommended judge's bizarre adventure. I was all seen him as if what's about, and he's like all it's like there's a story, and it was like a terrible explanation. So there's a story, and then there's this guy and he has a step brother and his stepbrother kills him. But then it's the family that each season's a different Joe Joe, but they all called Joe Joe and I was like what the Hell is this guy talking of? As and then I must have just been board one day, just random. Let me show you how this judge's bizarre adventure and I've watched it and the first thing that got me is that I really liked the Insuran was. It's nice. And then I was watching it and it seemed very Ott as you know that Joe Joe's is very over the top of everything. The voice is that, the way the characters are super muscular for no reason, all of that, but I just kind of got into it. It was interesting starts, like some of the characters and I thought fun to blood was okay. I didn't think it was amazing. I thought was good, but it was good enough for me to continue watching it and from then on it just kind of kept going. I watched the second season, was secon season, one calls them. That's all tendency, battle tendencies. Yeah, I watched which for battle tendencies, and then I really like that one. Really enjoyed the pillar man. I really enjoyed the references to pop culture. You see, we see, yeah, which really came into prominence from the second season. Yeah, and then I heard about the remake of the final of the final season in the first Joe Joe's, which is a third season in the new version. Yeah, start us Fu Saders, part one,...

...and I was like, Oh, this should be good. I didn't expect it to be that fun. I was looking forward to every single episode. I really enjoyed it. I liked how they traveled across to Africa, to Egypt and all the rest. And from there I've liked George's since. Yeah, top much stories? Birth, how much story? Right? What sex? Our question this fellow. So I was going to ask you what are your favorite things about Jojo's bizarre adventure okay, cool. I think the my favorite thing, and that's the most like the thing I drogalized, is the complete and utter like flamboyancy of the of this is it like it's almost like that man's it. It doesn't make sense, but it makes sense of in the confines of the universe that they've felt, like everything is i. Oh my God, the colors that they use, like the powers, the way characters are designed, like who has powers? Like in part three there's a dog, you know, that has the power of a standard, kind of like wise our dog that's fighting alongside there's a man who stand eats and man it destroys everything else that I die touches. kind of like this doesn't make sense, like Dr I mean, but I'm about it, like it's ridiculous, doesn't make sense, but here I am, you know, part one, half every part one. They introduced breathing techniques. You're like, okay, breathing techniques, was this allus got to think? That's the almost ridiculous side or everything that kind of just gets thrust down your throats kind of like you know what I like, I'm here for a journey, and this is a journey throughout the whole series. Yeah, I think what I like the most is definitely the way that a CAREAC tells you story. Is the storytelling, me storytelling element of the whole of George's bizarre from obviously from every part, if aucus a song, completely different, and from then you start are completely story and it's not the easiest thing to keep people engaged for at the stop by somehow equal because the managers to do it constantly managed to introduce new characters that, I guess, complement the story very well. So I think that's that's definitely my favorite port is that, is the storytelling in the cost of characters that he puts together. Yeah, for me it's very similar. I really like the aspect of being able to jump into every episode like it's a completely different show, like most of it were. We when we grew up in the s we saw like loads of TV shows where you might not get to watch them in the correct order, but every every episode would still be entertaining, and I really like that about Geojo's. You could show someone a random episode from Stardust to Crusaders and yeah, they might ask a couple questions and they might be some backstory in context. That they don't get, but for the most part they it's really interesting to see what kind of ways they overcome the the current situation. So I've always really liked that. And then, obviously, the other, the other main thing is the music. I really like the the Intros, the Outtros, the the battle music, all everything. Yeah, like Joe. Joe's alone has probably probably three intros are in my top ten intros anime intros. Honestly, is that good? Yeah, so to our Introt, I think it's got to be battle tendency. Maybe Phantom blood and all. Actually, no way, Phantom blood, golden experience and stars Crusaders. I like the second golden experience into the one where theos speaking in Italian. What the other? Sorry, what's his faith? I'll see his name. Do you have all the other all the avenue? Yeah, when when he's speaking in Italian and he freezes the world or whatever it's because that's that's how they end that season in it with that kind of the real they merge. That is our better. Let me, let me not even. Okay, all right, the next topic to discusses what don't you like about Jo Jo's? I don't know if I got a crisism for the short overall. Like something that's consistent throughout that little parts of the like. I do you like the ending of five, for example, the depot fire I had, and I've got to avoid spoilers. Do I have to explain that? I don't think so. If this is okay, spoiler alert, just a quick spoiler alert. When you see me hold up my...

...phone, then you know it's done right. See the spot. I don't know. Yeah, okay, just as my would say. Spoil and then you meet for a bit. Okay, swell, there're a lot from now. If you don't want to hear the spoilers, skipper, skip ahead. Seram in A. Yeah, I'm going to do my best not to to make us compads responssible. Okay, girl, well, but yeah, so what part didn't like about part of five? So part five, we begin with your I'll say his name. You know, draw no driver and John Jovano. But yeah, we get the protagonist at the beginning. Obviously he lives in probably eve. You see people struggle, whatn whatnot. So you would see him at the end of George result. He's going to act towards all we're going to be shown of him channel Soup that out because that was his biggest issue. So I wasn't at the beginning. So what was the biggest issue? Once you get drugs off the streets and to get structure of the streets? Okay, got good Joss as he but s side of the property is owner maybe. Okay, say no more. I did. I didn't know. Sending drugs two kids and he was like now that doesn't that, that's not so. So I did. End of part five. What this? Is that any I don't know how to translate in the mango. Yeah, we get him two problems, Ipofer, this one problem. This is right the end, with him becoming a bus, becoming a damn hole. Okay, it does, don't we don't really get an explanation. We don't really see how what he's doing, trying to do to stop his original goal. Like we don't really get as. I don't feel like it was a satisfy ending of it. Doesn't even mention it at for how many episodes? When? When? That's that's the beginning of your heart. So I would have seen that's how you were ended. You can't just introduce something that's that big of an issue and then, oh, because my men's who's who's the other guy, the one that line they make the main bus in the group bring up charity. We know, like he's a thing. was to kill the the bus, and ee is like that was like this was his story rather than Joan O's. Yeah, for sure, yeah, we feel could the bus by, but you can't introduce the college, produce the que called main character, which is very biggest in regards to chards, bizarre, and tell us all this is what is called. Is we come to the end of the story, we don't get a satisfy ending about what is actual end goal was. You'RE gonna be pissed off with past six night. Don't say that those and one of the thing that jawed me about the end of is a flashback right at the end. Where is it that? It was just so random? Is there so because we get we get the stand us out with the rock that's able to tell people's faith, or there about to die? M But this is so, this is like literally after everything that that Brunos definite gonna die. REVER row, why would you introduce that pop right at the end of the story, like it didn't add anything to it at all? I mean job, Finn Off, I mean spoilers are over, but these are fair. I reckoned their fair points, but I feel like there is the reason why. I okay, so it's interesting you putting those things that. I feel like each season has a different one, weird focus. I feel like the first three seasons there's massive focus on like the main Jojo, and I feel like part five is where, in my opinion, the supporting costs outshine and stand out way more or if not as much as the main character. M. I think you look at Narancia, you look at Panacotta Furger, you look at look at obviously Bruno and like Bruno and and Johana are other one to end, Bruno, in my opinion, is number one and it seems like Johna trying to help Bruno achieve his goal more than brunt and then John not achieve his own goal. And that's why I wan you saying something like that. It's actually I get it and I think it's like the like I feel like Johna and ends up living out Bruno's goals more than his goals because of how impactful Bruno was on him. And obviously the moment when Bruno figures out that he is essentially dying. Yeah, that whole bit there, I feel like, is I wed yous at Jo. I'm going to I'm going to do your will for you, but it's I do know is let's let get into the end of one piece and youth, you, because the poking was or never because the best of all in the world. All the point. What the point of your story? He's still got time to get there in it. That's how copepple Arguin, with like you just that, but like you could. Yeah, now I get. Yeah, I get, I can get. I can get the disappointment there. m what else do I decideo'tn't there's not many things I dislike. I now I don't think there's anything that I've to my I can say I...

...generally justlike about the story. I feel like it's like literally, it's a sort of anime that just kind of just appeals to me as an individual person. So not things to I'm going to pick. I'm about our this is this, this and this. I've like. It's really interesting. Yeah, it's hard to pick up a general criticism for out the old Jorge Resolved, I thought, for me personally, and I feel like if if I just started to pick here and around there just be Ni picking, but as overall, it's a very, very strong sermis that the covers most of the stuff issues cover. About your Chris Again, I don't really have much in the way of criticism. My only thing I can really think of is probably one. Yeah, one wasn't really that great and yeah, so well, and gets saying it's kind of like a gateway and entrance into the series, but most people don't have the attentions to stick around that long. Yeah, so really, yeah, along people like everyone that we've tried to tell to watch it, even that be you know, she said she refuses to watch past part and part one says, how can you put an anime that takes a whole season to get good? And that argument there? You can't. You can't argue that. It's hard. It's hard to really argue against that. People don't. I mean see, when I was watching it I was a university student. I have quite a bit of time, or considerably more time than I do now, to to invest in the series. You and so I could get to the parts where its good, but imagine trying to watch it and you're busy, you only have a fan with all the things that there are to watch nowadays. Yeah, across anime TV all sorts. Invest in time into a series that you don't know is going to be that good, or you need to put in like what how many others? Six episodes? So let's say it's three and a half hours. Yeah, well, let's say, you know, let's say two and a half, actually two and a half hours worth of footage before it gets to the parts where it's actually good. It's hard to really tell someone that they need to do that. So I think the issue would season one is not season one, part one or sees what is more to do with David he's ever production that the students done. It as more to do with the studio rather than the actual quality of the mango, because another mangers a lot longer and it looks into the relationship between the your and Joseph for a lot more than it than it does in the enemy. So I don't know if the issues more to do with the production rather than the actual quality of the story. And also is I think the anime, the artwork for season one is really off putting. Too many number of people, MMM, really, number what? You know, what that's a good point, because I know people whom do not like the way the characters look, simply as simple as that. They just don't like Wa the characters look. And I've heard that about so many different anime. I've heard that about killer kill, I've heard of heard that about Kaigi. I heard that about obviously the your your berzerks and your can Gan assures and all those cell shaded really kind of anime. So I have heard that argument definitely and I think the kind of Pelette, especially for part one, is is that times a bit. But pestic yeah, it's it's very M as very much like a purple wash from many number of the scenes. MMMMM, it's very much a build up season very much. I don't know if if that's just down to the production. I don't know how much more they could have done from the standpoint. I know they could have made it better, but how much better? I'm not really too sure, La Rey, too sure at all. Of course we could. We could talk about favorite George's and food villains. Judge has some incredible lands breath. Okay, let's get into it now. Might as well. So your favorite Jojo money. You go first the skid also joe so gets in part for for. Yeah, everyone loves part I mean, I don't understand it. I don't think I like part for as much as most people, but I do like it. Oh, sir, you didn't again my killing do I realize that it doesn't really batter chriss breaking up like that because the record is going on his side. So should we find age? I just feel that. But was one of US recording? Then we'll be stress. All. Okay, cool, continue. Yeah, no, I was just agree with money. Did I agree with money? No, I said I didn't really like I disagreely money. I didn't really like that for as much as most people did.

Yeah, good. You know what, I didn't really like the Color Palette. Really loved it. Call, I didn't really like it. I remember it was very heavy on like the pastor colors of purples and I don't remember what it was. It just did it feel as colorful and as vibrant as part three did to me. Maybe because in part three they traveled across a lot more, so you got to see a lot of difference is and the way the world looks. But everything is based in Mario and part four in it. Yeah, well, yeah, go on money. So why did you like Justica? I think it's more so, if not justified, then will be jolt or from from pop free. I think we just get I think it just interacts with his surroundings a lot better than Jordan did. I think Joe to as a character, just a really, really cool character. But I don't necessarily. I guess my enjoyment of Finto into his interaction with the world outside of of the of the fight scenes were as entertaining, was enjoyable as just kids one. Maybe because in a pot full we got a lot more sless of life. I guess you can say episodes where we get to see this character a lot more, we can see you interact with we surroundings a lot more and indifferent way where in what free is it was more more so just five fight one or on a way to fight something, well, on the way to so so sort of battle. While we've pot for you get to see you, get to you get to know the character quite a lot more. I think that's why it's but it's one of my favorite one. Yeah, yeah, I try, I could, I can get that. Dri mean I feel like a part for a special in itself for so many reasons. I feel like part three is basically like your typical shown an anime, which is why I kinda a lot of new trouths. Will enjoy that season a lot more. Site is fighting every episode like there's some funny bit. Spot's more a Sye. We're going to go here, we're beat someone we're going to go here in a beat someone up, and that's kind of like the story are going through. Of there's a there's a plot carrying that quite and quite a you know, a really good plot, in my opinion. But I feel like part four focuses on individual bits a lot better. Like you said, that's what more slice of US elements, like when you meet Rhankashub and you're like who, like, what's that? You know, but the Manga has written himself into the manger and his power is about rewriting that, basically the manger essentially. Yeah, so it's like it is. It's I think that's really I think it's really I'd like I understand why that one like kind of takes a lot of people sound like yeah, I enjoy this one more than Blah Blah, blah, blah, blah. I think for me personally, I enjoy Johanna a lot more. But then I ok, my favorite at Trut the whole series is death. Are really betray like my so I think. I don't know. He's he has that balance of cool but human. said to him and I think he stand is is absolutely ridiculous, almost broken. Do you think we stays ridiculous? It's just the way he uses it, because if you just describe instead to somebody that that hasn't seen it before, so you just quite sips to order universe. It sounds Wavy, but I'm pretty sure there's other stands that will sell better. But I think he's use of it is what makes it so much better and it's also short of our good of a character use. Yeah, I agree. Dr Yeah, Alex, that they I think sticky, think, I think names Dicky, thinker. Thought. He says it like everything is just I don't know, it's just, it's just, it's just crowded. It's just always right wavy to me in my in, my in my yeah, I think for me my favorite Joe, Joe, I'm gonna have to go Joe Tara Man, not even Joseph. I thought you are Joseph, and you know, I really like Joseph. But essentially it's a really hard one. I really liked Joe Tarro's did Mina. I like the fact that he didn't let his emotions get the better of him, which I always lacking in characters. It is really close between Joe Tara and Joseph, and I like them for different reasons, HMM. But I think just as a main character, I like Joe Taro because he wasn't so you Wann't you, and all the attention to himself, meaning that you could see, you know, the different the different personalities of you know, pulling on i. of Joseph, of Abdal or Abdul Mohammered, of dawn. But yeah, like, I really, really like that. But and I think my favorite episode, he's at the forefront of it, the card game. Great episode.

Yes, a card game, which is it's probably one of my favorite episodes and anime generally I really, really loved. I think I'm watching like five times, but yeah, Love, love that. In terms of villains, villains, I'm going to have to go to part for yeah, it's difficult, it's difficult, curious Chicago. Yeah, honestly, I'M gonna have to go to part four. What's his name again? What's he here here? CHICAGO? Yeah, so here are. I just love the way he was so nonchalant for the most part but had such like it's almost like a disability, equippling disability, like some sort of some crazy fetish and yeah, it just it was just the the contrast between having the normal life personality and being a lunatic mass. Yeah, and it was really, really, well, yeah, it was really, really interesting to see that he didn't actually want to do these things for the sake of it. He just had this kind of I just had this kind of version of it. Yes, that's exact word I'm looking for, perversion. And Yeah, I really liked it. I really liked it, even the whole face changing. That was hilarious. Yeah, Bro, and and it is so Joe Joe's. It is so Joe Joe's for that time. Because, but I think about that now, I think how that? How how did we let get away? But it's Jojo's is jogs through JI. I mean like it's it's exactly what we might reaching ten serious for and exactly the thing to remember about that as that. The reason he changed his face is because he wanted to live a life in peace and you don't want to be caught. He's not like one of those villains, you know, one of those brush villains like idea, for example, who would want people to admire him and see how great he is. This guy just wanted to live his life in peace and so he fought. The best way to go about doing that when things got a bit sticky was to change his face, and it was ridiculous and it was brilliant at the same time. Yeah, absolutely. I think it goes back to boss into my point about the great storytelling and and also with with the main character being able to let we have so many stats of life episodes in the pot for and I think it was very important because of the villain. The villain just wanted to live a very normal life. You just want to live a very normal life. So we get this last of that episodes where we interact with all different type of characters and also the character in the was the place called Cinderella, with the facebook Maria as an our way, the town at the living no, not the town. That the actual place. Actually, the salon wasn't it. So's the salon, so we name. So we get introduced to all these normal reactors that eventually played such such a role in around the kit the killers are going to do and would kill. It is because right the beginning we get told with the killer is usually in TV shorts of shown in we get a lot of murder mysteries at that point there's a killer out there. The main characters don't know. Way Is certain neither do the audience. But with with that a curry did it is that the audience find out where is. Event afterwards he put himself in a situation where he gets to have the murder mysteries or by having the having the make the main villain, Kira, change his face. So now we don't know that we opposition that we don't know with the killer is, yes, that you've met him now, but good luck finding him again. Yeah, and you know what's it? What's also interesting you get into that kind of I don't like like you know when you watch catch me, if you can. Yeah, you know who the quote unquote, villain is and you know who the guys are trying to cast a villain are, but the the guys trying to catch a villain is unaware. So you're watching the whole thing unfold, knowing who everyone is, and it's interesting to see how close they get, the things that Kira does to avoid getting caught, and it's just really it's really fun to watch. Essentially, you don't need to think too much. There's not much in terms of theory, but when you're watching other, certain other show. So it's a nice break away from, you know, your hunter, it's hunters, your Jiujitsu Kuys in's where the other stuff that was in that was airing around us. You know, I meantimes. Yeah, yeah, because I think part three and hunters hunter we're aaring around the same time. Yeah, they alive. Are and yeah, and obviously yet we have the or, who's again amazing hero. I'm not your reels rand. Oh, Oh...

...my God. You know, I can't believe I just said Kira. No, after it's closed, though, is. It's really close. You is. Kira is great for that series, for that season. Sorry. Yeah, Yep, he works so great, but deal in himself is ethereal in. Yeah, as a character, he's just something else. I put them in the same same kind of ranks as the likes of like your Gannon dwarves, you're yo honey, but your Meryem's, these guys are like they transcend just being a villain in their own show. Yeah, there's so much about them that is so interesting and the way they carry themselves. But yeah, I think the best way to separate or describe the your Inkor is that yours? Wolver fit in that acts on his goals, like he acts on what he wants to do, while Kira is more of a reactionary and villain, as in, like eat, constantly has to react to people trying to find out who he is, all the circumstances he gets in. It gets put into you. It is not circumstances that he made himself. He circumstances that he's trying to avoid, while do your constantly acts on beat, putting off in that in those little situations, which which goes back to your point. That and Kira was great for that series, which was I don't think Carol would work well in seeing pot one, but to you or even more free it could potentially work out in pot five, but not as I mean villain. I don't believe. What do you could literally be bought of any Georgia series and still be the main villain. Yes, he basically is. I think even if you go into the latest Manga now, like, well, actually, let's first part is basically world reset. But up until part seven, do is the ODA is like that presence, a site. He's like a you know how people think of Lord Voldemart has that Oh my God, Damn speakable. He is. He is. That's exactly what he is here. He's that characters like. He transcends every individual story lines. that. Oh, but I remember dear or I met deal or dear did this that impact my life. And that's basically every single story. We say we see da has impacted one of the characters and that has set up. There's the chain of events that cause these are to be in that situation. Like, for apart four, it's ochs's older brother. He meets him and suddenly, you know, there's a massive outbreak of standy's as in Mario. So it's crazy. It's crazy. The comparison between him in Voldemort is so, so similar. It's it's unreal. Lie. I think Dar is up there like top five anime. Vilands alongside for you. It's a long set. I would say that your is the most important character, George. So, yeah, it's the most imports got, though. Yeah, and he's the only thing that's actually constant. Yeah, yeah, brave, but yeah, yeah, yeah, I think those, don't you like noble villains that you black. Yeah, there's does. Are some great individuals that carry their seasonal make their seasons so good. I think the OV allowen part five, five make is that is all right as a villain life, but I think he's good as a villain because of his character type more than his impact on the series. Yeah, ill, what we had the reveal of of the the other Lords. Second Body, I don't know, I wasn't enjoying it as much. I preferred it when you was stitting in the shuttles that. It's easy. Second person was just drawing, don't you? You know? You know, you know. That reminds me of that. Reminds me of when pain was in the shadows. Yeah, and it guys in it and the yeah, the silhouette, and we literally only saw one silly wette of him and that was when he was at his peak and I was at peak and a Rut or. I knew it was great at that time, more peak steeper than as soon as we got to see him and things changed and started to not like his character as much. So I can't. Yeah, the other the penozia thing I want to talk about was the music in Joe, Joe's music and caught and those pop culture references. Top Ten man. Yeah, so this some of those on the stands are named, like there's Red Hot Chili peppers. There's a obviously ECDC or ACDC. There's, I think, the whole lot of all the villains stands. It not all the stands, in part five our songs or musicians frout that you know at some point in their career. There's notorious big. Yeah, there's I think a snow patrol. I think it is led Zeppelin. Yeah, there's led Zeppelin. You...

...know, it's just red hot chili peppers. There's no golden experience, which is Prince's album that have gone. That's that's one thing. So he took a lot of inspiration from guys like the flamboyant, the flamboyant artists like Prince and David Bowie, especially David Bowie. Like there's there's a soul at least three four references to David Bowie in in Joe, Joe's even even the way Kira looks is based off of one of them, one of the styles and the looks that David Bowie used, the second cure, right, the second Kurra. Yeah, yeah, praps. So and you know what? You know what, I think the thing that really got me, that really really shocked me, right, was in part five when we started hearing a freaking you, jodice, yeah, elite. I saw someone tweet it. Yeah, and I thought I thought it was like a like a amv or something with the credits and almost just going to mutch the episode the same day and I heard the music and I was like what am I hearing? Go to joda season. But then I remember had what like an Egyptian in part three that so that was a bang. Like they've got that. Like I think nearly one of the endings per season is from like a, you know, a big popular song that was at that time. Yeah, Jod is, see you though, Joe, to see he jos even RMB. That is like the the the ares that which about this young man, which about this young fellow. Yeah, I mean there's real old school harangers that you know. That's sex playlist. That's not normal. Are In actually, though? Yeah, yeah, no, I've read. I appreciate. I appreciate both the musical input and the culture references. I feel like, as we say, is like the openings are really strong to point where, like, you know, the same people think of the attack on t and SASAGA. You're opening or you can remember individual opens I feel like there's a lot of openings in judge r adventure that I just catchy that you can probably start singing them and you wouldn't skip. No, I mean you'll get watching the anime. Yeah, the TV continued from pot free will solely. Did I, yes, rather oftenest that Jose Ventualius is is there's really, really, really, really enjoyable across the board. The last thing I was gonna say was, is there anything, whether it be other anime, video games, TV shows, that you would recommend for fans of Jojo's or you'd find all you find similar to Jojo's in any aspect? I think Paraka might be an option. Sorry, okay, yeah, I think I like similar terms, like the character bills at all, like super mustly, but also think the almost ridiculous nature of someone being almost like a like a chef for like someone wants to try ridiculous out of food and he's moves like its cutlery base and stuff like that. Like it seems similar to it like the time, like why would you make that reference? But it's like it works for that series. So I think that's that's one that I off top by that I can think of. I can't really think many that that do Joe Joe's or have even outside someone up. Yeah, it's I could think of one. I think, to recall was probably the less example. Yeah, clauses example, good example if you think of but it's too, too unique of a story for me to pick something similar. Yeah, that's the thing. It's so unique that you'd be hard pressed to do something similar. They didn't come across as a complete rip off. Yep, that's how unique it is in my opinion. So No, not really. I couldn't really think of anything that's that similar to it. Sorryko is a great example, but other than that I think that that be about it. Yeah, Anywaysky, no, no, what shoutouts to coach here. US Ay and act free and free freeze's just for the sake of it. Of you not with shoutouts to kill a queen, because killer Queen as a stand just looks wavy. Yes, just just pure and looks esthetically looks wavy. But Mohammad of a dog for being Muhammad af though. My magicians read. What's that dog? Course, the dog in pass record again, Iggy, he, he, all right, Peggy man,...

...most annoying character of the series. He all right, she sharp horn. Or, if you somehow made it past his original high top and FRY brother, shall out Nara in Cakyo. In his name basically means cool you in that Weirdow, the weave a character, your man thing with a him. Think it only get away if injurdes like a you guys about weird. Shout a pill man as well. Man, yeah, shout out the man. Yeah, I mean, yeah, shout out the whole of Passionna. That's you know Anna, if we go, you know Bruno. What the Hell happened? If you, but how can you just not? Okay, Joran, okay. So, if you guys, thing is really, really, really, really interesting. He's never want to be a bad boy and that he just followed Bruno in it. He said, you mean I'm gonna go and get people killed? I'm not about that and said you'll put it quips. You know, I'm learned that that's the first most human thing to do that thing exactly. On that note, I'm out, gonna go fight big bad guys over there. I might involved you. You man do that on your own timetable. Me, I'm not about that. Let's address you right. You had say son, we never stow him getting the present time. Yeah, and you see stand use once throout the whole entire series. That is weird because because he stand is so strong and okay, so there's the way there's people about food goes that. He's basically unhinging. There's two sides to him. So try to keep himself completely composed and cool, and he stand is basically the other side of him that he can never control. Why can never control stands? Is that again purple hast is the put? Is that that poison they going it? Yeah, purpose, yeah, Oh, yeah, he's Don was elite. Came like basically anything, like he can't control it. It's because, and I think they go back in it like that. There's like a half episode in it where he's like how he's super insane, like when he was younger he was like proper normal kids, wants to fuck it up. fucked it up and then he just couldn't stop himself from derself like that. And he stand is that, basically that embodiment as just completely insane. He can't control it. He can control who attacks. Say said look, my new man, are going to need something that actually help and fight. Bro I'm not gonna, not going to be there. Show the sex pistos though, a sex pistoles shouting number, shout number three, bullet number three. He's always crying. Yeah, that Pussy. Which is it? Number four? Day doesn't have yeah, one, Tho's one. There's a bad number in it, but all falls a lucky number. Yeah, Japan, shout out, did a little. Yeah, just shout out. there. My own sex pistoles is hilarious, man, but that's I've been like that whole season. I get why that that's ensemble cast outshines part of the main cast. Even the darts that they do or when days stomp fing out something. I've in that as their chilling eating. You got an aunt, the other you got what's his face? Who died to if you stand that can run time. Oh Man, there's so many good one question, which one was your favorite out door from the anime or from the anime apart five through a part three I've remembered before. Yeah, understandable, I totally get it, but I think a lot, a lot, a lot of the reason I like part of three is because of the time period I watched it. I was watching it episodically and it just felt like I remember just wanting to see the next episode so much. So, based off of that feeling alone, I have to say very yeah, I think p's the only one that you need to watch regulm episodes and just be happy with that. Yeah, yeah, and I think I think it's yeah, the characters themselves what weld together. Yeah, they're good party. Yeah, my how just try it down and IGGY. That the kind of fuck you character just made sense. Those a great dishit. Yeah, the speed dug and foundations. Also, it is on the press, the present. Yeah, front serious. Yeah, so there isn't it? Yeah, he's a billion in our son or know, his business is worth a billion dollars. Probably essentially becomes they're like Steve Jobs. Yeah, all right, P yeah, that's it. In a good episode. Was it was you in here by myself Chris and money. See you, Prime Connor. Get up. Thank you for listening to the latest episode.
